I was part of the alt-vid community as far back as late-2014/2015, during the advent of ZippCast. I had ducked out around 2021 for a lack of viewership, and as this was on VidLii I managed to escape before things went worse there. Then I discovered this site, and the perks of better moderations, and there you go.
This is an alternative home for my web series Good Idea, Bad Idea. Using the Animaniacs sketch as a framework, I take a concept and use two clips to demonstrate how to make it work and how it could be bungled up, with a discussion relating to either or, focusing on movies, TV shows, video games, even YouTube videos. While on that part it is protected under fair use in the name of commentary and criticism, the use of the Good Idea, Bad Idea bumpers not so much, a loose sense of parody at best. I also post additional projects that I'm the most proud of.
First three channel links are relevant, but the remainder are sites I would've used had I got on YouTube in the late-2000s.
