Does anyone actually watch the entire length of siren videos?

Anyways, heres a 2T22 in Veterans Memorial Park in Sylvania, Ohio, USA.
It looks as if it were painted red at some point, and rubbed all off leaving a brown patina residue all over it.

Lucas County Ohio tests on the first Friday of every month at 12:00 PM ET.
