Still find it odd that I stretched out all the way to Deerfield to film their 508, just to come home that day finding out that Canton (which is only like 10 minuets away) had just installed one.. ಠ_ಠ
Oh Well. Deerfield sounded better imo. But still cool to have a new siren that isn't a 130 for once.
After the failed test at Westland to our surprise when we called the EMA Office, nobody was there. (ㆆ_ㆆ)
What happened, they did so good last month?! Ah well. Westland is kinda unpredictable when it comes to testing their sirens. And the Whelen we went to, the one in Edward Hines Park, has a serious leaning issue. Looks bout ready to fall over.
The new 508 was pretty nice though. It replaced an ASC T-128 which probably broke down? It's mounted on the T-128's pole & mount as well. Clever.
This was the first siren test that I drove to as I can now legally drive now! Ain't that crazzy!?!

Canton Test Their Siren on the 1st Saturday of the Month & 12:55. (it's actually suppose to be 1:00PM but Canton sirens go off 6-3 minuets early for some reason).
