Unlike the previous mission, this is where getting a Keep is a necessity moving forward. You start with a small base in the northeast, get some peasants to gather gold and lumber while building up your base - farms, barracks, blacksmith and eventually upgrading to a Keep. Make sure to have both entrances to your base (left and right sides) with at least one Guard Tower to ward off enemy attacks. There's also an expansion to the west of your base but guarded by two grunts - a small force is enough take them out.
Upgrading your Town Hall to a Keep unlocks the Stables that you can now build, which once built will add Knights to your Barracks which you can now train. Also the upgrade for Archers to become Rangers is now available in this mission.
Usually a lot of Knights and some Ballistae is enough to assault the enemy forces in the southern half of the map but I've decided to have Rangers, Knights and a couple of Ballistae as my attacking force. The mission ends once you have destroyed all of the enemy forces and their base.
